The space
A screen guests can enjoy.
Choose a position with useful sight lines that doesn’t compete with toasts, dinner service or the dance floor. Coordinate display brightness and timing with the venue and AV team.
For planners & venues
A reception photo wall works best when it feels considered: the right screen, a clear invitation to share, and someone quietly keeping things moving.
Part of the run of show
Use the guest-sharing and display tools as one element of your reception plan. Keep the couple’s priorities and the venue’s setup at the center.

The connection
Confirm internet access for both guest uploads and the display device. Check Wi-Fi sign-in requirements, screen inputs and any adapter or cable needs in advance.
The people
Assign a person to the approval queue and agree on the tone of the wall. The software provides approve/hide controls; staffing and responsibilities need to be planned separately.
The invitation
Place the event’s guest-sharing QR code where people have a moment to notice it. A short invitation at each table can explain what to share and where the photos will appear.
