From the table to the screen
A simple guest photo-sharing flow, with a thoughtful plan behind it. Here is how the reception experience comes together.
Plan your reception window, choose a display look and decide who will review photos. Your event’s guest link and QR code can be included on table cards or reception signage.
Guests scan, open the sharing page and take or choose a photo. They can add a name and a short caption. A designated reviewer approves photos for the screen.
The software supports downloading approved guest photos together. Confirm your wedding package’s photo allowance, access window and retention terms before booking.
The room has a rhythm
A grid brings several guest perspectives into view at once. A slideshow gives each photo its own moment. The display opens in a web browser connected to your venue’s screen.

Worth planning ahead
Talk with your venue about internet access, display placement and who will connect the screen. A laptop or other compatible browser device may be needed, depending on the venue’s equipment. Test that exact setup before guests arrive.
The software includes a review queue with approval and hiding controls. Agree on a trusted reviewer—such as a planner or designated helper—so the couple can stay in the celebration. Don’t assume that a staffed moderation service is included.
Guest photos bring a different perspective, not a replacement for professional coverage. Encourage guests to stay present, respect each other’s comfort with photos and follow your venue’s guidance.
These sharing, review and display capabilities come from our existing event photo-wall software. See our wedding reception packages and pricing, then tell us about your plans to confirm the scope and availability. An inquiry starts a conversation; it does not activate an event.
